Shopping, Shipping, and Returns
Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere within India. Right now we feel called to serve those closest to us. However if anything changes in the future, we will be sure to let everyone know.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Please give us 7 business days from the date of your purchase to ship your order. All the Pre-orders(bigger items) take about 2-3 weeks to ship. We pack weekend orders on Monday and orders that came in during the week on Fridays.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your package to arrive and 4-6 weeks days for Pre-orders to arrive (this does not include processing time). Tracking is sent to you once your order is fulfilled!
When will more items be available to shop?
Here at Anahat Living, we value quality over quantity so things move a little slower than they would with bigger businesses, and we celebrate that! If our selections are looking a little slim, please know we’re trying our best to keep up! Keep checking back frequently, or sign up for the waitlist on individual items to be notified when it comes back in stock.
What if I am not happy with my order?
We are so sorry if this is the case! If you are ever unhappy with your order for whatever reason, please contact us at anahatliving@gmail.com. If eligible for a return, we will proceed in that way. If not, we still appreciate your honest feedback so we can serve our customers better.
Do you do custom orders?
We do offer custom orders but we accept a limited number of custom orders. Please reach out with your request at anahatliving@gmail.com, and we'll let you know if we're able to accommodate it.
What is the return policy?
All items are final sale unless damaged or arrive in a condition that does not match the product listing. You can read our full return policy here.
What kind of woods do you use?
We primarily craft our furniture using solid wood, ensuring durability and strength. Our most commonly used wood is Hollock, an Indian hardwood that is often underrated but highly valued for its exceptional sturdiness and natural beauty. Hollock features rich, distinctive grain patterns that make each piece both strong and visually asethetic, it’s perfect for indoors furniture.
In addition to Hollock, we also work with Teak and Sheesham, both known for their premium quality and longevity.
We understand that every customer has different preferences, so we offer customization options. If you would like a specific type of wood for your furniture, feel free to reach out to We’ll be happy to accommodate your request wherever possible.
